Full Planning

Perfect for busy couples that have a vision, but need concierge level support from start to finish. Decor Rental Inventory is available.
Full Concierge Planning from start to finish. Service includes: in person consultations, design, research of vendors, contract review, monthly check ins by phone to keep you updated, venue site visits, timeline creation, budget analysis, schedule tastings, full vendor coordination and. rehearsal walkthrough.
Day of: 2 Coordinators and 10 hours of event

Does your venue require a Coordinator?
This service is for the client who has most of the details coordinated themselves but requires a coordinator to bring everything together .
Service includes in person consultation , review of your decor list, vendor confirmation and coordination as well as event timeline creation, weekly phone check in and rehearsal.
Day of: 10hours of "day of" coordination with set up and pack up of your decor. Decor rental available.
Day Of Coordination - 10 hours
$1400.00
Service includes in-person consultation 30 days before event. Phone check in 2 weeks before event. We will provide timeline confirmation with vendors (if you don't have a timeline at this point we can help you build one for $150.00).
Day of: 10 hours "day of" event coordination, set up and breakdown. Decor rental available. rehearsal walk thru (can be added for $150.00)
Small Event Coordination

For events of 50 or less.
Service includes in-person consultation 30 days before event, check in by phone 2 weeks before event (30 min), timeline creation. Day of: 5 hours of day of" event coordination, set up and breakdown. Decor rental available.

Just need help putting together an event timeline to send out to your vendors? We can help with that!
Additional Consultations
$50 per consultation
Add additional event planning consultations with the event coordinator outside of your package. Recommended for those doing month or day of package with a long timeline.
Hire Our Planner for Additional Wedding Events
$150/hr
Event coordinator will plan and decorate rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and other wedding related events that take place outside of the wedding day.
